    i would reconsider not using tubs,urates and fecal matter will seep into crevices and cleaning will be a pain (and not very santiary).

    i wouldn't go smaller than a 41qt. for lg. females,remember the FLOOR space is only 13" x 30".

    i have built several racks that might work for you.they are ten levels high with 41,27 and 12qt. tubs which are all appox. the same height.each opening of the rack is 5 3/4 x 35".in each level you could have one 41qt. sideways, or one 27 qt. sideways and one 12 qt. lengthways or three 12 qt. tubs.in a 10 level rack you could have 10,20 or 30 tubs. or any combination.

    IMO belly heat is the only way to go for balls.have fun!
