    Yea, we will be stripping off the chicken wire. We will be putting that cage into retirement, or a break. When we have room for another cage, the non-breeder (pet) boys will call that home.
    I would like to see how you have the hardware cloth on the ferret cage Argentra, because I still would like to put some on that cage just in case.

    Chris is actually making a new cage out of some wireweld shelving. It's a little different then what you buy at Menards etc, it's 1 inch squares, coated with some heavy duty vinyl/plastic substance.
    We let one of our younger girls try sticking their heads through, and it was tough for her. (NO animals were hurt! Lol, they like to test them out ;)) I'm pretty confident that the new girls can go in there. They're getting pretty big now.
    So we're going to be using the hog rings to connect the edges, I know freakie_frog said they are available at hardware stores, yet all we found were the really sharp actual Hog Rings used for hogs.
