    I use aluminum foil on my glass enclosure.

    I run the UTh temp to 111 degrees to get a surface temp of 94 inside....the cold side use to be 75 degrees so I ran aluminum foil underneath the length of the enclosure and I got an extra 5 degrees on the cool side.

    I just switched to a smaller glass tank on a ranco with a heat lamp. Its back in the normal numbers now that I'm away from the tub. I guess it's easier to keep the tank temps up with a lamp.
