Just to confirm what others have said about the poo...once your Blood gets over that initial "I'm going to hold it in for as long as I can" phase they will go on a regular basis.
So after a 7 month hold out for mine, which ended on Halloween, my Blood just dropped the bomb almost 2 months later, and trust me, it's a righteously foul stAnk to!
