    Hi,

Only other advice I can think of then is to either find another member close to you for recomendations (which your already doing :gj:), asking at local petstores who they use (though I'd probably skip petland :( ) and also asking at any local zoo's if there are any near you who keep reptiles - also asking a regular vet might be a good route in case they happen to know of anyone they would refer you to.

Have you been using the same enclosure for each of the animals you got? and did you completely sanitize it before introducing another animal?

I haven't had to go to a vet yet (I live in MA), but asking from a reference from your parents' pet vet is a good place to start. I hope your BP gets the treatment it needs as soon as possible! The next time you're looking into getting a reptile (if you're ever in the market again), I would suggest making a day trip up to NERD in Plaistow, NH. It's only about an hour and a half drive from me, but it would probably be closer to 3 for you--they are, however, a VERY reputable breeding facility for reptiles. I got my BP from them and couldn't be happier :)

Best of luck getting your little snake better!

It doesn't have to be an AcuRite brand. Any digital indoor/outdoor thermometer will work. Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's - any of them should have one.

Wal-mart's business is built on some very sophisticated warehousing. You should try asking them to order one for you and I wouldn't be surprised if your wait time was less than one week.

Also, there's internet ordering. Do a google search for:

    Acu-Rite 00891 Digital Thermometer

    That's the one!
