    Ok the thing with all pastels (well almost all) they look much better as a hatchling then an adult. Just like most snake or any animals they change color as they age. Go on something like kingsnake.com or go to a reptile show and look at hatchling pastels and especially supers they are so beautifull when they are young. Honestly if a super would stay that color it would probally be my favorite snake but they don't they all get darker. Yes they can still be magnificent to look at, but they are never as pretty as an adult. Either way you picked a fine choice for a first moprh. Resonably inexpensive compared to others and you can enhance so many other moprhs with them. Good luck on your pastel hunt!

    Joe Compel produces some amazing pastels. They look even better in person. Your best bet if you really want a nice super is to either buy a screamer super, or buy to two nicest pastels you can find (regardless of which "line")and breed them yourself.
