Today's the day for my checkup

I wish you the best, and hope all your tests come up negative. I myself had surgery yesterday, so i know all about nervousness and doctors.

The important thing, whatever the results are, is that you don't lose hope. Stay positive and know that you have everyone here praying for you. You can beat this thing!

How did your surgery go? You had a hernia right? My mom had one a couple years ago. Hope your doing okay! I'm still out of school from my surgery, it seems like its getting worse everyday!

Well, the actual surgery went good, but this morning I woke up in the most pain I can honestly say that I have ever experienced. 2 percocets barely even phased it. :( Apparently this only lasts a couple days though ... *crosses fingers*, whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger I guess :)

We are trying to find out if my Mom has cancer, she has her appointment this week too. I know how scary it is.

good luck steve! i talked to my grampa yesterday and he said he was gonna talk to his doctor today and see if he could trade in his cancer for something more socially acceptable... like chlamydia. who knows? maybe he's got a good doc who can make it work?

Thank you all for your support!!!!! Just got home from work. Appt is at 3:45 central time. I'll definitely let you guys know the results. Startin' to get a little freaked out, but I'm in good hands with my dr. Melanie, if you're grampa gets that to work, let me know, would you? Along with the dr's name??? ;)
