Seventeen Years...

This thread made me stop and think.
My husband and I will have our 10th anniversary in November and we still think we've only been married 6 months. :D
I got to thinking, gee, in 10 years, he and I have *never* been able to "celebrate" our anniversary for one reason or another.... but then I thought....
well dang, at least he's been with me on ours and not half way around the world.

My heart goes out to you, your hubby and your kids today (and every day). Sometimes we (speaking of myself) forget how good we actually *do* have it.

Not sure how I missed this yesterday, but I was thinking about you all day! What a wonderful tribute to your marriage! I hope that you made yesterday special with your children and were able to have a happy, not sad day! :hug:

Congratulations.. my wife and I will be celebrating our one year in January, although I'll be here at Goodfellow then, and then after one month of leave I'm off to another unaccompanied remote tour in Korea, which sucks. I can't wait til we put another 16 behind us like you, again Congrats, and many more to come.
