Wow! :O Congrats Justin! That is awesome.... now the wait for the pics out of the eggs! (it's gonna be torture waiting)

That's exactly the story robin. You can't make something that crazy up! :p

When I bred the ch female to a pastel back in '05 I noticed the babies looked just a little unique and different from the other clutches of pastels from that year. I honestly didn't think too much of it and I sold off the entire clutch except for her son, because he was the best looking pastel in the bunch. (I almost sold him too at one point, but decided against it...)

The female did not produce in '06 and then this year I bred her exclusively to her son thinking that maybe I might get some more pastels that look like him.... I was in TOTAL disbelief when I peered into that egg tonight.

Come on over Robin! (let me get them out of the eggs first..) then come on over! After all it seems I should be thanking you for this good luck. :sunny:

First Adam with his albino pin and now Justin with this clutch! So far, the only two breeders I've purchased hets from!

When I first saw white in the egg my first thought was "belly scales", but then I realized that I was looking at the back of the animal... :eek: :eek: :eek: I may have yelled some choice words just from the shock of it all.

It looks like I have two pieds that may or may not be pastels and six 66% hets that may or may not be pastels. I didn't desturb them too much...:P
