A little bath he shall receive then. He's in it right now actually. I haven't seen him out and about. Drinking or soaking in his water bowl so I'm soaking him for a few.

He's all sprawled out now. And he's along the back edge. He's longer than a 41 qt I can tell you that.

I think it was you I talked to on weights? I ordered a scale from rich so hopefully ill get his weight soon.

Ahhhh still no shed!!!! Its driving me nuts. Haha

There couldn't be any other reason his eyes could cloud over is there? He's just taking his sweet time isn't he.

Part of being a Blood owner is patience. As long as his temps and humidity are good to go then he will shed when he is ready. :)

I hear ya. I think its just the anxiety of a first shed with me that's got me all wound up. He's still doing good though. Everything is going perfect for a shed. Just waiting now.

His eyes have cleared up a bit. And his tail is looking pretty plump. So I'm expecting a shed anytime now.

The weirdest thing about these guys is they like to wait a very long time before they drop a deuce. Months will go by and you'll just stand there in awe and then one day, without warning....BOOM! They drop the big one.

    I'm serious.

I don't know how true this is, but I read somewhere that these guys only defecate 3-6 times a year....

If he is only in blue then you might a have a few days to wait still. So patience is the key here. Just make sure your humidity is where it needs to be and wait. Then you post pics :sunny:

Yeah like I said he's clearing up. I checked on him this morning and his eyes are almost clear again. What I thinks weird is he didn't really darken up like the ball does. He actually lightened up.

Which could be how they are or this guy is gonna get lighter with age. I'm not sure. Either way I think today is around day 8 or so. Maybe more. Its just been so gradual I don't have an exact starting date.

Anywho. As soon as he sheds which SHOULD be here very soon ill post some pics. :)
