When you put her in the tub-is that an actual bathtub? We have had this problem in the past and had to put him in a tote with a lid to keep him in the water. BTW-one of our burms had a burn mark on him when we got him and the vet told us to put a thin layer of Neosporin on the wound to help it heal-and it worked. The cut healed quickly and did not scar near as bad as it could have.

soak her in luke warm water for 10-15min, then take a towel, dampen it with luke warm water and gently rub the shed off the snake. use only slight pressure

neosporin is a good idea, but make sure to get the neosporin without pain reliever

thanks alot... i just fed her 2 large rats.. the guy i rescued her from was feeding her rabbits but said she hasnt ate in months.. i told him maybe the food you were feeding her was to big or maybe she liked the taste of rats better. i unno but she's not nearly as bad.. i see cuts like rabbit claws and a few black scales, looks like from a mite problem or something. its okay now though i feel she should take it off soon. i put some reptile relief on her after a nice bath.

thats a good idea about the tub with a lid. i will go buy one tomorrow and i hope someday she sheds her scars of her old life away and comes out with that beautiful yellow coat.
