    Hi,


    Are you sure those are scales left on and not scales he has rubbed the top layer off of while rubbing against things (possibly while shedding)?

    If you look at them from the side do they sit proud of the surrounding scales or dip in slightly?

    I don't know what I'm doing wrong... the warm side is about 93 the cold side is 85. I've been giving him baths and it still won't come off.

    Hi,


    I would probably stop trying for a little while if they are proving that stubborn and see how they look after another shed cycle - constantly messing with the poor fella is probably starting to stress him by now and they shouldn't do any harm if left.

    Well he just shedded again and there's more spots then there was before.
