Care card..

We use little notebooks and write it all by hand. I'm in the process of putting together a notebook of pre-printed pages for feedings, weights, ect.

I've been using Degei but have found it to be a little time consuming when trying to document the activities of all the snakes that I have. Does anyone have a simple card to write everything on that they are willing to share with me? Any suggestions?
