Re: Spruce Nubble Farms... any reviews?
Hello and Welcome to the site always good to have a breeder feel the need to come and say hi and give us a shout when there are questions.
Good to have you hope to see you sticking around :D

Thanks for the post Amy! and the pictures!
You are doing a fine job with your GTP's and they all look great!
You said that Exo Terra setup "requires" the water on the bottem just to help with humidity?? Makes sense! Might still go with that but I'm not sure!
Thanks again for the pictures and post!
Re: Spruce Nubble Farms... any reviews?
On the exoterra: You might be able to try some deep sphagnum moss bedding instead of the water. It has all the same hygiene issues though. I did find a neat post on another site on how to make a radiant heat panel top for that exoterra cage a while back, but I just tried to find it again and it has been deleted. I haven't tried it, but it seems pretty cool and would then solve the humidity issue. They basically cut out a piece of plastic laminate to fit the top dimensions of the cage, then attached a Pro Products heat panel to it. It was pretty cool.

Huh! right on... I'll take a look and see if I can't find something like that too...
I may have to just go with the Boaphile, but I like the Exoterra because I think it's much easier to view the snake inside.

i was going to suggest something similar to this too.. on the cheap you could cut a panel out of an old plastic tub and put it in place with silastic silicone to seal the screen. if you ever wanted to removed it you could easily just take a razor to the silicone.
