No mention of lizards or other snakes. While I would not doubt that a very hungery wild bp would eat a lizard or snake if it had to....it is NOT a common part of their diet. And to say that they don't eat mice or rats in the wild borders on ridiculous. While they may not be scarfing down the white lab mice and rats that we serve up here....they find plenty of other species of both rats and mice in their natural ranges.

gerbils and african soft fur rats are rodents that ball pythons eat in the wild...
i would check where you got your info from, cause who knows what else they told you.
