Illegal States

hmm... in ma, we cant have green tree pythons, emerald boas, afrocks, retics, or annies w/o a permit. everything else seems kosher though... in terms of boids... but i guess i can keep a burmie if i wanted!

Does anyone know how you go about getting a permit to keep snakes?
