    Sort of :) But I am the kind of person who doesn't even measure ingredients while cooking food :D

    Here is where I get my vermiculite. http://www.brewngrow.com/index.htm They have an online store (which is down right now) that you can order from but it can be a little pricey.

    I generally take a bag of vermiculite, a bag of perlite dump them both into a 5 gallon covered plastic bucket, mix it up good by hand (wear a dust mask) then add a couple of gallons of water and snap the cover on the bucket so it doesnt dry out. Then I just scoop out whatever I need when I need it.
