my BP pooped on me

Heat Rock? Very inexperinced pet store then! The BP may not be eating do to Temps, Humidity, and if it sat on a heat rock for to long its undersides maybe burnt?

You should get a digital thermometer/hygrometer, two actually
One for ambient temp, the other for her basking site, if you dont already.

How about you post some pics or tell us exactly what you have for her enclosure.

Yeah, snake poop doesnt really look too reptilian either... It's actually looks quite mammilian, as if my car popped a squat in my snakes aspen.


i remember when my scorpion (pandinus imperator, of course... though i would really like an androctonus) got mites. i changed her substrate (she got a nice remodelling job, using peat moss and other natural looking decor as substrate, the old was just gravel) rinsed the hell out of the tank and swabbed the scorpion in olive oil. worked wonders!

i have one already and i measure the basking with a temp gun

well right now i have a tub hide and a waterbowl on papertowels

b4 i had repti carpet with 2 half logs hides and a waterbowel
but im taking the half logs back and getting bigger ones(cant find any onter kinds of hides)

ima wait about a week to make sure mites are gone
i havnt really seen any(i only saw one)
then ima wait about 2 more weeks let her settle in again and wait for her to eat
might put aspen down and add a branch and some vines
