it's up to you what you want. but i did a lot of research when i was building my rack, and decided to use 41 qt for the females and 32 qt for males.

EDIT: i just looked up the 28 qt tubs you are talking about and they might be a little small for a male bp when he gets fully grown. i would look into getting the "clearview" style tubs from sterilite. you can get these at target. they come in 6,15,32,and 66 qts. i use the 32 for my adult males, the 15 for my juvies, and 6 for hatchlings. the 66 are more for geckos or arboreal snakes. then their are the 41 qt tubs that are the same line as the 28 you got. i hope this helps.

    Okay... ...but...

28/32qt would be fine for all but maybe the largest ball python females.

So the way a fellow Canadian of yours, Corey Woods, is keeping his animals is...sick? If I remember right he uses 27qt tubs for keeping his animals and pairing them up while breeding.

    If you say so.

here is the rack i built serval months ago i have 11 inch flex watt on each shelve at the back and on the back cover there is a 4 ft section going all the way down so i have both back heat and belly heat... haven't had a problem yet.. this was also posted here serval months ago...

This rack here costed less the 200 dollars built, i can put both 32 qt and 41 qt tubs in them..
