PersonallyI only use bleach when I put something completely new in, then after that I just use "Wipe Out 1" and "Wipe Out 2". 1's for the cage its self, and 2's for everything else- aside from I dont think your supposed to use it on wood, but I dont use any so its fine for me personaly. And I just buy it from the reptile store by me.

Well, I've used the bleach for now... With a clothespin!! Made sure to fully rinse and soak after.

Decided however, to wait off for a few more days before bringing anything home because the friend who borrowed my enclosure for while he was out of town has yet to bring it back and I want to make sure I've got the temps worked out again with all the new stuff I bought the other day... Which is good, it makes me less angry with him that he hasn't bothered to get in touch since getting home because this way I'm not rushed and feel better about having everything perfect first as opposed to later. :)

Thanks so much for all the help everyone, I really appreciate it! The more time I spend here the more and more I worry about the advice that I've been getting from the friend who's been helping me out so far...
