I think the difference between John and Jon is that Jon is short for Jonathan and John is not. Wow, that is a hard sentence to read. At least that is what I always thought?
I understand what you are saying but I can't imagine SK named them Mojave's instead of Mohave's for any specific reason (other than some people spell it one way and others spell it the other). I always assumed they named them that with the Mohave/Mojave rattlesnake in mind? Which seems to be spelled both ways. I actually never really paid attention before now about how I spelled it. But I guess you guys are right. Either way I can't imagine the Sutherlands would be offended by me using an alternate accepted spelling.

Re: Mojave Pinstripe!!!
It's the proper name for a ball python morph, it's been named already and no matter what you think it should be... it has a name already. They didn't call it a Mohave/Mojave, they just called it a Mojave. I can totally understand where you're going, but you're taking a proper name for an animal and trying to change it to something else. So, no offense, but you are wrong on this one.

I didn't mean to start problems this time. No really, I mean it! :) I was just commenting on the spelling. Back to the topic at hand...

I would think having a totally different pattern as well as a different color would make them different? The mohave is obviously related to the lesser/butter because they can create a some what white snake when bred together but calling them the same is incorrect IMO.
when i said the same i agreed that they had the same gene...then stated well sort of. they both carry the gene to create a white snake and even though the "super mojave aka lucy ( notice the same name)" does have a purple head they contain the gene to make it. they also all lighten any gene they are mixed with. with the fact of saying they were produced had nothing to do with wanting to see more of them. i have seen pin's that have a stripe and pins that dont ( the one that created the JIGSAW IMO) i would like to see one produced with a pinstripe that has the stripe like the ones that produced the kingpin. this is a quote from Ralph himself "..............I'm blown away at how pretty this combo is.........what a perfect mesh of the two traits..........and the three different "versions" is way cool.........." so he himself states there are diffrents versions so who says that the next one hatched wont look the exact same? with only one produced we cant say that
