    i would tell them, but i wouldn't cause a scene. for all you know they don't know the differences in the bps and the pet store might be getting ripped off. esp a small business. good catch though.

    I agree w/Jo on the friendly, stupid act. If that doesn't work, then I'd consider the false advertising angle, but YOU'D have to be the one to prove that they did it knowingly and willingly. All they have to do is shrug and say "I didn't know", and you'd have egg on face.:(
