Petco gives you 30 days.

Thanks I will do that asap but the only vets I have found take dogs cats and exotics should I find one that does only herps?

wow thirty days.. the one by us gives you 15. that isn't even enough time to make sure you have a feeding ball python.

I have to agree. I've been very lucky with my little rescue snake so far. She's very healthy and social. Since I work at a pet store, I wouldn't suggest buying pets (except for, perhaps, rodents and the like) from a chain. The store I work at is privately owned and those are the ones I recommend. In my experience, they do more research about the animals they purchase because they have a reputation to hold. That's just my experience. :2cent:

Yeah I agree now cuz I don't think they care about the snakes as much either they just want to make the sale no matter what they sell u! I talked to a vet and they said from the looks and condition of the BP he most likely has parasites and they r eating his nutrients so he won't grow he loses weight instead! Oh and it is 15 days for petco! I called and I returned the snake and suggested quarantine to them like the vet told me! But thanks for the info from all!
