I have tried morning and evening feedings and have noticed a better feeding response feeding late in the evening (9 pm - midnight).

Re: Day/Night Feed?
I feed about 2 or 3 on Saturday. I clean any dirty tubs in the morning, so they have time to get settled back into their hides, then once they smell prey and tubs start opening, they're all in strike position.

Re: Day/Night Feed?
I've fed Auryn as early as 8AM and as late as 10PM...his feeding response is good at either time--when the boy is hungry, he's hungry! If I thaw the prey overnight, I feed in the AM and if I take it out to thaw in the AM, he gets fed at night.

Re: Day/Night Feed?
I feed at night. I feel guilty waking them up in the afternoon. I wouldnt be too excited about a buffet breakfast at 5 or 6 in the morning. Same concept I suppose. They just eat better late; it's more natural.

Re: Day/Night Feed?
I clean once during the week and then the remainder on Saturday. Also everyone gets fresh water in new bowls on Saturday. I feed on Sunday nights or Mondays if I get held up.

Re: Day/Night Feed?
Well I tried the night time for my first feed with the new babies, Aston the male took his first frozen in like 3 secs. Lexus is a bit more tenative about eating hers but they have had live since birth so I'm hoping she comes around, if not then back to live for her. But my boy eats like a champ im excited.
Thanks for all the responces I have enjoyed the variations there are out there.

Re: Day/Night Feed?
I feed all of the ball pythons in my store between 12:00-7:00pm (full lighting meanwhile) and they eat, but their feeding response doesn't compare to when I was feeding my BPs at night.
