I would start out with just a few...get them wet...ring them out pretty good but not too much (you don't want them to dry out too fast.) and place the bowl in the tank. Wait a lil while and see if it raises it enough. be sure to put it on the warm end.
I put my humid hide on top of where my uth is.
Then you can mist it if you need to and as often as you need to.
You don't have a heat lamp on do you? If so that will dry your tank out fast.
Re: help me raise humidity fast plz
Before you jump through too many hoops has your snake had a bad shed at 56% before and this is the reason you MUST raise it? Also, with everything you have tried (and the fact that your tank is already covered) where in the tank are you measuring the humidty at (high on the cage, middle, at the substrate)...this makes a difference too? :)
Re: help me raise humidity fast plz
and just a quick question... what are you using to measure the humidity? is it digital, like an acurite?
Re: help me raise humidity fast plz
yeah its an acurite from walmart the temp gauge is under the hide and the unit is on the left side cool side i guess this is going to be his first shed. just want everything to go right.

This is good and correctly setup. Personally (this is what I would do) just let him go and see how his shed is at 56% humidity. If it is bad then a simple soak will remove the excess shed and you will know for next time you need to make changes to raise the humidity. If he sheds just fine then you are all set going forward. This sort of sets a bench mark for his needs.
I have some that must have humid hides during shed and others that shed perfectly regardless what the humidity is (as it changes throughout the year due to outside weather)
*Trick - if you feel you need a humid hide just stick a damp papertowel under his hides on top of the substrate till he sheds then remove them. Saves coming up with a special substrates and/or boxes.
Keep us posted whatever you decide.

Re: help me raise humidity fast plz
Mine likes to soak which makes for some really awesome and fast sheds.
