If could jump and here and ask a question please that would be great. What makes a jungle a jungle?

The lovely wonkiness of the pattern :) It's not genetic, or supposedly not, but who cares, I will just enjoy having him in my collection. He has alot of potential, to me anyway.

And I've been struck with Jungle Fever even before I got my first Ball Python, but have not been able to find any that 1) I liked(I'm a picky little snit), and 2) were in my price range. I've seen ALOT that were labeled as jungles or labyrinths, but they looked like normals I already had in my group. I love this boy because of his dark contrast and the wild patterning.

Hehe! I'm jealous of ALOT of other people who are able to have the snakes that I can only dream of(no amount of saving will help, LOL). It takes me awhile to locate a snake I actually want.

Good example: I went to Petco a few months ago and they had this PERFECT male granite. He was a good feeder and had an attitude :) A few months down the line, I went back to Petco to get some mealworms, and he was STILL there... I told myself that if he was still there a month later, I would get him. So, this weekend I met a friend up there, because their Balls were on sale, and low and behold.. He was STILL there! LOL! He's a huge fat thing(ok.. 350g or so). It takes me awhile to decide if I really need that snake or not, and him being there for that long, was obviously a sign that he needed to come home with me(and for $40, it wasn't a bad deal) :)

Nope, he hasn't shed yet. Still a pissy little thing... Oh wait! He's that way all the time! LMAO! :)

I did get some pictures though and will get a few more after he sheds. He's already cleared up, so hopefully the shedding will commence soon. He seems very comfy in his new tub, lounging all over his hide and inside(as I threaten and grumble under my breath "do not tip your bowl, do not tip your bowl"). He'll get some good eats when he is shiny again.

I also have seen those so-called "jungles" and "labyrinths..." it can take a while of good searching to find one whose looks are actually true to he term given to it. I've been lucky enough to find a couple that are now in my collection. Great job on this one, I think he's awesome!
