Oh, a cross speices can get saminilla from each other, but one of you said it before...if something contaminated by a infected snake was handled by a person, who handled or fed something to a dog, then the dog could get infected. My vet says it is highest with turtles, then lizzards and on down with snakes low and unlikely.
