Re: Ri?
LORD JACKAL you were right. She finally ate today. I took her to the guy who's place she was at before I got her and bought a live rat pup and 2 frozen rat pups. I also had to get some mouse fuzzies for my sister's corn. She finally killed the pup tonight around 9. The breeder assured me the pup couldn't hurt her, and I believed them because it took him several hours and he never figured out how to get out of a hand towel, and he was so young he couldn't leave his mother yet apparently, she said he wouldn't survive without his mother anyway... even if she didn't eat him. But she did. I heard it scream and it upset me so bad I had to go outside. At least I know what time she takes dinner now though for when I try to feed her next time. :)
My boy BP ate 2 weanling mice, which he is u sually only offered one a week, but it fully disappears in him, and he was eager to take the second one. If he eats for me next week, maybe I'll start upping his food occasionally like that to help him grow. He's just a little thing still, but he's cute as hell!
My sister's corn ate 2 fuzzy mice too. We'd been feeding him one at a time too, but he's almost 2 feet long now and isn't really gaining any girth, he snatched em both up so easy, he's the easiest feeder ever, eats right off a paper plate however many mice I give him... just no rat pinkies, tyvm. I think he would have eaten 2 more fuzzies if I'd have had them available! Same with him, if I don't see any soaking or fasting, I'd like to maybe offer seconds every now and then to the boys...
Man oh man, thanks for posting those videos... how'd the little ones fare? I'm very glad to say that I've seen the snake and heard the mystery noise at the same time, and I've held the snake and heard the noise at the same time and there's no doubt to me now that the snake isn't making the sound, and that she's just fine and dandy... she ate for me tonight. Yipeee!
RIP cute little bugger, thanks for feeding my little girl :(

Re: Ri?
I never wanna hear that scream again :( I can get my neighbor to feed her though. I'd already named the cute little pup and decided that if it survived the night it'd be homed some place safe... ugh... I'm really glad my girl finally ate though. really really. Props to the Schnellers for all their help too. They assured me we'd get her eating no matter what it took... thankfully it just took me getting over my "I won't feed live" bit for a minute... I was really hoping she'd eat it at the Schneller's place, but she wasn't hungry yet. I was gonna leave it behind, but I'm glad I kept it... I'll have to feed her in her tank too at 9pm or so...
:carrot:
Thanks again, man!
