Thanks for all the kind words!

I picked him up from "Pet Supermarket". They are moving them out at 29.99 so I snatched him up (oops, was supposed to only be buying groceries at the real supermarket :)). I'll get some pics of his belly. It is pretty bright also (yellow/orange).

I do have a health concern though. During my at-home examining of him, he has about 1-2mm of grayish area in one corner of his mouth (at the hinge). Its small, does not look like discharge and there is no noticable redness or inflamation around the site. Since he had a HORRIBLE shed (had an eye cap still on even) I figured it may just be some risidual. I got all I could off of his body with soaks and a rub, but really don't want to mess with that corner of his mouth. His breathing is normal, eyes look normal, temperament is great, so...I dunno. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'll take him in to the doc if it changes.

Maybe you could try mineral oil, but I'm no pro, or vet so you'd probably call the vet and ask them. They would know...

anyway...sweet looking snake. So small and tiny. It would be too hard for me to put him down! I want another one! :carrot:

Thanks! I was somewhat worried about shedding over his vent area too, but he put a little dookie in his cage for us today. He's all active, health seems good (he has had wobble a little; could it just be he's so young and tiny?.) More pics once he's a little more settled in. I want the little guy to eat.
