Help! BP making clicking noises?

Ah, thanks for the correct word for them! I couldn't remember for the life of me.
Even if they grow in Texas (I don't think they do), I'm in the middle of a sprawling metropolis and the nearest countryside is over an hour away from me. I'm going to go to Central Market and Whole Foods tomorrow, if anyone will have them, those stores will!
Man, your description alone makes my mouth water, I hope I can find them!
