I love that show, and I love how certain people hate me for loving that show.

that is a pretty interesting vid!

    :gj:

this reminded me of this one time I was at King's Dominion (an amusement park) and we were on our way out and there is this guy (kid) pushing this cart arund and it had lemonade and cotton candy on it and so Cait asked for some cotton candy and I said to the guy "how much for 1 cotton candy?" and he said "$3.50 each...orrrr...you can get any 2 items on this cart for $7.00." :) I was like "uh...no. I will take 1 thank you very much." I mean how dumb did he think I was? I can't add 3.50 + 3.50...like that was a special sale! lol.

point is there are always people out there that are gonna try and pull the sheeps behind over your eyes. :giggle:

some people fall for it...some don't.

in this case I probably would have signed! She was pretty convincing!

That's why I like Lewiston. I have never in my life been asked to sign a stupid petition. Nobody bugs me :D.

However, petitions that are designed for a resident vote require that you are an eligible voter in EVERY state. Not a rule that's followed with any sort of enthusiasm, but that's how it's supposed to work.

Did that one in high school years ago. In a school of 3000 we managed to get 400 signatures before the teaching staff caught wind and shut'er down.

'The Man Show' did that whole "end women's suffrage" petition years ago...it was very funny.

I always read everything I sign my name to. Heck, I just cosigned on my Jeep loan, and I sat there and read every word in that promisory note. Ignorance is no excuse, whether it's a petition or something else yuo sign.. always know what you are supporting or getting into, please.

I agree 100%, I did the same thing too when we financed our first car. I read every word on every page. I think the loan guy was getting pissed too. But oh well, he wasn't the one signing 5 years and 20,000 dollars away.
