    True dat. I just had a customer that bought my sugar gliders email me, not knowing it was me, to question me about how I kill and freeze my feeders, LOL. At least she was courteous, but let me know she thinks it's cruel. I'm sure my snake killing it is slower than a gas chamber.

    Yea I did driving through west texas in 105 heat w/ no AC. Bummer is it wasn't snake-food it was my step-son's pet.

    When you transport live feeders in warm weather, you also need to make sure that they are out of direct sunlight. If the sun was shining on that plastic container, it could have gone way above 92 degrees! I don't know whether that is what happened, just suggesting it as a possibility.

    In my case there was also a hamster that did make it. I think the only reason was that his water had spilled in his cage and he was able to flatten his belly down on the wet area during the ride.
