    well it may or may not be retained eye caps but it should clear up by the next shed.

    pictures would help a little.

    I'm betting once I get him into the new rack system, he'll be all bouncy and budle of joyness, and those eyes'll clear right up.

    Do they look like creases on the eye? I'd hate to call it "normal," but I have one where the creases just come and go randomly from shed to shed, and she has the same environment/care as a bunch of others that do not have this problem.

    So long as she's shedding her eyecaps (make sure by looking at the actual shed skin when it happens), its really nothing to worry about.
