Just for anyone reading this. I am Tim, by the way. Sean, I noticed you are using the wall studs. We were going to start using those, but had a bump in the road. We used to tape the flexwatt to the metal, which will work with Sean's application. However, we started to cement the flexwatt to the metal, for a better contact area. It doesn't seem to stick as well as it used to stick to the flat metal studs. We are in the process of looking for something new. But, if you tape your flexwatt(using 2" packing tape) to the metal, the studs work great. If you have any further questions, please PM, e-mail or call me.

Hey Tim...Just FYI...What I ended up doing was using small pieces of Aluminum tape to hold the flex to the inside of the stubs then put Reflectix on top of the Flex (again held in place with Aluminum tape...so far no break down and temps are rock steady...so I assume I have good contact still.

Sounds good Bro. I am glad it is working for you. There is definitely more than one way to skin a cat.
