She stops moving and her tongue stops flicking and she just feels....relaxed. Makes me sleepy just thinking about it. LOL

Do you think ball python get tame with human without stress? without refusing food? without fear? when you keep him/her for a while like for a year?
I think it really depends on the snake. Each species has a typical temperment (such as ball pythons are generally shy and timid snakes) but each snake has its own individual temperment. Some are very laid back and don't seem to mind whatever interaction they get dragged into.....others are always nervous and flighty, no matter how "nice" we try to be with them.

And yes...they sleep. They just can't close their eyes when they do it. Their pupils will narrow down to the smallest point, though, to block out much of the light and visual input around them.

I guess based on the dialtion of their pupils relative to the ambient light. Plus I move my hand near them to see if they try and track it - if they don't I assume they are either asleep or not paying attention and tap the floor of the tank till they do to avoid surprising them. It's not critical or anything I just think it's rude to not do it.

Re: How long do you?
Another question.
How long do you stand up in front of the enclosure of your BP?
lol But serious.
How long do you watch your BP near the cage?
I think they might get some stress by only watching by us, a huge thing to them with huge eyes and the huge movement.
Well, you might stare at him/her with no movement.
But once you moved, he/she would stop the movement and he/she gasps.
..and sometimes he/she drops from a tree.. lol

Re: How long do you?
I think ball pythons are so sensitive animal most of the time.
But!
But when they bit a meal, they seem to change the personality. lol
I am not sure the gap that they show us between the most of the sentitive time and the very eager time.
While they are eating, they seem nothing to care of our exsistence.
They just concentrate. lol
