    I recommend you don't use it. Rats cannot digest Alfalfa (and it is the 3rd most prevelent ingredient). Also, given all the recalls around I would be suspicious of the glueten meal.

    Check a feed store or a feeder breeder at a reptile show for Harlan or Mazuri lab blocks. Purina Labdiet is good too. Avoid Kaytee.

    I buy Harlan 2018 18% protein lab blocks at the local show for $13 for 33 lbs. Harlan is considered to be the best quality on all the pet rat forums.
