How is your little one taking it? I remember going through some stuff like that as a child (along with a break in etc.) and for some reason just couldnt wrap my head around it and was really broken up about it...I think it's because a child views their home and family as something that can not be broken..taken away or ruined in any way and when it does happen it for sure takes a toll.
I hope it all gets back to some sort of normal in no time...keep us updated :)

Well after having a fewwwwwwww drinks and helping the crew destory the basement, i feel better. They were two really nice laid back guys and really but me at ease. I help them rip off the drywall that i spent so much time putting up. but they made it fun...lol plus i took out some agression on it..lol.. so now my house sounds like an airport runway with all the fans every where... but life goes on. oh and my dad said he's taking me and sue shopping for a new bed. so thats good to.. the only real downer is those beautiful wood floor HAVE to go. they already started to buckle in several places:( ...

    Thanks for letting me vent:D

I'm happy things are coming together rather quickly for ya...hope it all goes this smooth...

Man, I feel your pain. 3 yrs ago I was doing some concrete work at our then new home. I had the hose water on from inside the house to mix the concrete. I finished the job, cleaned up and left for hockey tournment up north for the WEEKEND. The temps went below freezing and the hose burst and sprayed all weekend in the basemnet window, in the basement I just refinished top to bottom. I had about a foot of water in the whole basement and my walls leeked for a day and half after I shut it off. A friggin mess. I hope you get it all cleaned up. Sorry to hear this happened.
