Dummy pet store guy told me to grab her by the tail

When you grab your ball you just gotta go for it. I just reach in not to fast or slow. I just reach for the thickest ring of the snake I can get my hands on. Pull her out nice and easy.
Also for pet store people... I'm sure many here would agree. Here they don't even take good care of them. I was at the place I go to get my rats the other day. Two new baby balls. They had one half-log hide for them. A few fake plants and a water dish. Their heat source was a plain exposed like 40-60 watt bulb. Luckily though they look small enough where they can't reach up to the bulb. I can't imagine the ambiant temp. Worse yet the temp at night.
The snake I bought was from a different store. But still crappy conditions. Luckily there was a wire going to the bulb that my snake could rest on next to the light for warmth. Also my snakey was skinny. He's good now though. Gettin nice and fat now.
