not happy about this feeding :(

I've had a couple of rats that've hidden that way. I've gotten where I reach in w/the tongs or hemostats and entice/push the rat out of the corner.

Since Freddie's acrylic wouldn't fit thru the bedroom (snake room) door, I've put Petey in it, in the new den/reading room and fed him live. The rats have been crouching in the bushes. A couple of times Petey's gone to grab and missed, but eventually he stalks and gets the furry thing.

I don't reach in bare handed, but I scootch the rat out. A couple of times I've had to grab it by the tail, (which isn't fun :( ) in order to remove it, but I don't reach in.
