'04 Jeep Grand Cherokee or '98 Durango?

here's my :2cent: . don't even consider something with 100k miles on it. that vehicle is past its prime and will likely need some kind of work soon. if you want a quality truck, consider a Ford. of the given choices i say jeep wrangler as long as the mileage isn't too high.

Im going to completely agree with Street Killer. Nothing with over 100k miles on it should ever be sold for over 1k.

I agree with the above posts, but I would definately take the Dodge over the Jeep. And $9k is too much for a Jeep with 100k miles on it.

I hope to go look at them this sunday.. it has been insane lately with Mark and I working our butts off and hardly any moments to spare.. I am sorry if I have seemed to neglect this and my other threads.
I have beel looking around, and I seem to see so many Cherokees around here, to the point that they are ubiquitous in this area. Now, that could be a good sign.. not many Durangos though, but their size is rockin.. But I have never exactly been one to go with the grain.. now, the wrangler is at a seperate dealer who we have never dealt with nor known anyone who did, which makes me nervous.. argh. So no new updates really; I am going to have to just test each one out.
I can not buy ford...! They screwed Mark over with a defective Escort he bought years ago new; then, they somehow made HIM the owner of a truck that he COsigned for a friend.. that issue is still being dealt with and I am definately thinking we need to get our lawyer regarding that.. so I can't buy Ford nor "advertise" for them by buying a used one.. plus, everyone knows that ford stands for "found on road dead.." ;)
I would LOVE to buy Nissan, but crap, their vehicles never go down in price it seems.. an '00 Pathfinder would rock.. like the one we had that the old lady collided with/totalled...
