reptile depot is a little show on shipping and i've heard from several people that their customer service isn't the greatest (i've never tried to contact them myself). however, they are they only people that make this particular cage and their prices for most other supplies can't be beat. i'm a repeat customer, i just know it takes a little longer to get stuff from them.
