    Re: Reptile Hobby Related Debt
I had some unforseen problems some months ago that resulted in a good amount of vet bills... those I never owed any money on, but since a lot of money went there, I didn't have it for other herp related things... so I had to charge to get them. Working on getting all that paid off, but they are helping me establish credit also.

I lose a lot of money buying food for my African Rocks, and Burms. I have quite a few. Ontop of this, if I breed them, that sets me back another $5,000 or so I normally don't gain back from selling the offspring :P It's well worth it though!

0$, if I don't have the money, then I don't spend it. I would like to get a couple more amarali but I know the space won't be there when I need it. I don't even dip into savings.

Lucky you :P Rock Pythons are too addicting for me..plus they're my responsibility. If I lose money keeping them, then I lose money. I'm not in it to make money at all...just to enjoy the hobby for what it is :P
