    your hand? i think you are worring a little to much, the humidity does not have to be perfect. unless it is extremely low they should be fine, they are from africa and the humidity is not always perfect.

    You appear adamant about using a mister. As many have mentioned, it's really overkill if you just use undertank heating, but since you asked a direct question and restated that you really want a direct answer.. here ya go..

    Exact temps, perfect humdiity. Sounds good to me. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    I might have to make a mister, my temps suck, even with a heat pad and a thermostat, both sides are cool, if i turn a heat lamp on the high side gets to where it needs to be but the cool side is only a few degrees lower, and humidity is up when I mist and then gone again...Im gonna try a lower watagge bulb, see if that helps. I have rebuilt engines that makes getting this :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: where its supposed to be seem like a cake walk. He does eat regularly, hasnt shed yet, and keeps sitting in his water bowl even when there is hardly ne water in it....so i dunno, which the damn thing could talk to tell me what he wants.
