    unless your breeding and want them up o weight faster feed them what is appropriate no need to feed to much enjoy them while they are small lol also it seems that more appropriat sized small meals a little colser together seems to promote more growth

    You don't want the feedings too close together either....not just size. Otherwise their body is always in some stage of digestion, and that could turn stressful. Besides, if you're feeding every 3-5 days, and doing the 48 hr wait like you're SUPPOSED to...when are you going to get to handle, inspect your pet?


    Too much, too fast will shorten their lifespan, increases the chances of regurgitation issues, and fasting periods. Better to do size appropriate prey once a week, or maybe every 10 days for a bigger snake that's a little piggy...so it doesn't become obese.
