Have you tried waxworms yet? I have yet to come across a leo that refuses those...at least you could use those to stimulate his appetite and get his metabolism going again.
If he goes another week or two and is noticeably losing weight, you may have to resort to force feeding. Basically you'd open his mouth and administer mashed up mealworms (no shells) through a feeding syringe or an eye dropper.

if he goes much longer i'd also take a fecal sample to the vet and have it tested for parasites. sometimes internal parasites don't affect a gecko until it experiences stress (moving/a new environment in this case), at which time they start to take hold.
