I use Verizon; it is the only service we can get that works in our house with the rural location we have. I have the pink RazR phone.. my only gripe about it is, it is hard to turn on. You push the On button, wait, and nothing happens unless you goose it and push it a few more times. Aside from that it is an awesome phone and I have no troubles with it otherwise. But Mark's phone; he has the gray VCast phone (not the red one) and his does freeze, call people wrongly, etc. We have had a ton of troubles w/ verizon's phones, but we are grateful b/c their service works out in the boonies where we live.. you practically have to pull their teeth to get a new phone if yours is defective though..
I had an old motorola, not sure the name but it was shiny black.. that phone worked awesomely. That, and an LG; those are the two best names I think. My LG served me OK but didn not get as good a signal as the razr; I got mad and threw the LG at a wall, and that ended that (this is not recommended, lol...)
