ok what kind of offspring would you expect to get from breeding an albino male to a normal female?
All the babies would be 100% het albinos.

Means 1 male, 1 female. 1.1.1 would be 1 male, 1 female and 1 unsexed.

umm if iam right with a normal female and a albino male i will have babys that r het and then breed the babys back to get more albinos thats if i am looking at the chart right?

correct. Get an albino male, breed to normal female, save all female babies and breed every one back to the original albino male.
