Crazy returns?

I had lots of returns where the people obviously wanted to wear the items for only a night - shoes with like gravel on the bottoms, dresses with like deod. in the armpits -


some people didnt even bother turning things back from inside-out!!! It was always a pleasure when it was OBVIOUSLY worn, washed, and I could say "sorry, im not taking this back because it was worn"

My ex father in law who was 70, returned tennis shoes that he had worn for 3 years because the sole fell off. They refunded his money because they weren't winning the aurgument!!:O
