Re: Mucus/Drooling from mouth...
Thanks Recycling Goddess, Thats extactly how I felt...
I think I was more or less in shock at the time, this was my first "exotic vet" so I didnt know if this was normal, like do they tell you a bunch of BS and they give you the meds (which is all they are good for) and then you are on your own? So I was just steam'n on the way home so I could get home and tell you guys to see if I was had.
...Do any of you administer your own meds to your animals? When I was 15-19 I was into really into monitors(had to sell my collection because I left for school), and would read on forums of people administering their own antibiotics...Any of yall do this?

Re: Mucus/Drooling from mouth...
yes many members have... or so i've read here.
i would print out a caresheet or two on ball pythons and send it to that vet!
Re: Mucus/Drooling from mouth...
Haha...funny you brought up the caresheet...at the begining when the Asst. came in to get all of my general care info for my ball, she offered me this Ball Python Brochure... :rolleye2: I smiled. It kind of felt like she insulted me haha...I said no thanks, I have plenty of readings on them...
Re: Mucus/Drooling from mouth...
too bad you didn't take it. you could highlight all the things wrong with it and send it back to them
