Try not to get down on yourself about this.... look at the bright side, you didn't lose any snakes and the burn isn't a horrible one. I'm sure with the treatment your vet advises and a couple sheds and she'll be good as new.

OMG, I am so sorry that this happened to you and your snakes. That is one of my nightmares. :(
I wish your burned girl a speedy recovery, and I am very glad that you haven't lost any shakes. Like the others said, it wasn't your fault.
